The Karma Yoga Program (formerly Seva Project) |
MYN’s Karma Yoga Program supports member teachers to bring yoga to those in need. This includes those who may lack access due to poverty, physical or mental illness, chronic conditions, recovery from addiction or violence, or isolation.
Supported by membership fees, fundraising events, volunteer efforts, and the generosity of individual donors and philanthropic organizations, The Karma Yoga Program has funded 17 grants of $500 each (as of Jan. 2007) in two years.
See how your membership dues and donations have helped bring the light of yoga free of charge to so many.
